If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our service, we will work with you on a solution even if that means reshooting the problem images at no additional charge. But remember, this does not apply to events that are outside of our control such as the home not being ready at the time of shoot or non-ideal weather conditions. We can't help it if the owner left their car in the driveway or there's brown, patchy grass the day of the shoot. We do our best to make your photos shine before we deliver them, but if we miss something, please don't hesitate to let us know.
We're always open to special requests and concerns. You can discuss these the day of the appointment when you meet our photographer, or just specify them in the "special requests" field when you book your appointment online. You can also call or email us anytime before your appointment if you need to ask questions about preparing the home for the photo shoot or if you need to communicate important details of the home, building, or neighborhood.
If we don't receive any special requests or specific instructions from you on what to include or exclude, we'll use our best judgment. Please remember, we will not photograph garages, crawl spaces, attics, storage rooms, closets, and neighborhood/building amenities unless specifically asked for by seller or agent.
When you receive your images, please check them to be sure they are acceptable. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask that you notify us in writing within five (5) business days of receipt of the images if you believe they are not acceptable, in which case it will be our sole obligation to correct or replace the images.
